Ergun Dogan, Dr

Dr Dogan is Senior Lecturer of Economics in the Department of Economics, School of Business, Monash University Sunway Campus. His academic career began in 1995 as Lecturer of Economics at the Hacettepe University in his home country, Turkey. He came to Malaysia in 1997 for a lecturing appointment at the Sepang Institute of Technology where he taught the University of Adelaide and University of London programs.

He joined Monash Malaysia in 1999 as Lecturer of Economics but left in 2001 to assume the position of Assistant Professor at the Yeditepe University in Istanbul, Turkey. While at Monash, Dr Dogan was appointed as Coordinator for the Department of Economics.

He rejoined Monash Malaysia in October 2004 as Senior Lecturer. Dr Dogan is a prolific researcher and has had his research papers published in leading journals and presented at many international conferences.
