Bachelor of Business and Commerce (BBusCom)

The August Intake has been introduced to cater for students who cannot enrol in time to commence their studies in Semester 2 of the Academic Calendar. Students commencing in August will commence their Bachelor of Business and Commerce by enrolling in two core Business units and proceed to take up two Business core units in Summer. This programme of study would ensure the possibility of students completing their Bachelor of Business and Commerce in 3 years.

The two core Business units offered in August are

1)      AFW1000 Principles of Accounting and Finance

2)     MKW1120 Marketing Theory and Practice

Under the current Bachelor of Business and Commerce course structure, students need to take a total of 24 units i.e. 144 credit points. For full detail of the units offered at Sunway campus, please refer to the 2010 Unit Schedule. Additionally, students may take a maximum of 10 first year units and must do a minimum of 6 third year units.

Please note that the Faculty of Business and Economics will not permit students to enrol in more than 24 units or in more than 10 first year units.
